The following qualifies as a maintenence emergency:

• Gas odor or leak.
• Water overflow or leak.
• Failure of heating units or no heat.
• Any electrical malfunction of equipment where there is a fire hazard.
• Blown out window.
• Stoppage or backup of toilet or sink. Do not use Drano or similar products to open drains.
